![]() ![]() You are so right, we make this company possible. I have been picking up on these changes, and it makes me livid. I'm sorry that disrupted your bicycle game. Thank you for your feeback, I greatly appreciate you! I just can't accept those 5$ or less orders to get their. ![]() I can't cherry pick anymore, and I have been tempted to see if I bring up my acceptance rate to 70% things may go slightly better. I'll expect a knock at my door from men in suits with a big red D on their chest playing the Godfather theme for me even bringing it up. Side note- the video of Xu stuttering for like a minute straight when asked about the $3 orders on YouTube went poof! I looked everywhere! Under my chair, under my keyboard, in my bag of doritos, I can't find it! Where did it go? I wonder □. I have medical issues and have little choice. Yes you are 100% being played and if you don't need to be here you need to move on. If you go into dash utility and select "speak to me" when they play "quiet time" it still won't make a sound. They coded it that way, it was no accident. They want to kick off people who are idle, or who are using dash utility to be idle indefinitely. With the recession and immigrant crisis the timing couldn't have been better.Īlso the "quiet game" they've been playing lately where the orders don't make a sound, but will if you don't hit accept or decline. They're losing respect for the delivery apps by the day. The restaurants aren't going to go any faster. How do you get orders done quicker? Knock out the cherry pickers wasting your time in queue. It rains $10 coupons and everyone posts negative earnings every quarter. Prices? That results in a tie between them and UE. So how do you compete if you're DD? Driver quality? People don't care much if most pick leave it at door. They didn't need to compete because they were already #1 but they did. We need be paid more as dashers, I can't dash for that pay I'm sorry.ĭo other dashers feel like they are getting played by this app too, or is time just me?! We are "independent contractors" you should not be penalized for not accepting a $2-$5 order that is not worth your time and gas. It doesn't make any sense to me how Doordash says to raise your Acceptance Rate to 50% to be prioritized for high acceptance orders, and that rarely never happens. *Their are alot of dashers in my market, so I wonder of this impacts everything. I know the amount of money you make as a dasher depends on the market that you are in, but wow I'm in a pretty decent market and only "some" days are eh.okay with a 50% Acceptance Rate, and some days are just as bad as when I had a 20% acceptance rate. Your just slightly lucky if they are stacked, because most of the time it still ends up terrible pay in the end.□ *Like 2$-4$ orders on average for example. "slightly" you still get a ton of really terrible offers that are not worth your time and money. I've also noticed if you keep it up in the 50% range things just go a little better for you. I've let my acceptance rate go down to 20%, door dash will literally pause your orders if you decline too much and put you on pause, further wasting your time and money. ![]()
